Generally very good. Only frustration was that the details in the online information pack did not mirror the reality in the villa - things like the WiFi is different, no clear instructions on waste management etc… and unfortunately the person who met us at the villa spoke no English at all and we speak no Italian. So he was talking to us explaining things but we had no idea what he was saying. If the online information pack was accurate that would have been fine, even if there was a paper welcome pack at the villa that would have been fine but the absence of them made the check in and initial settling in very difficult San gimignano and siena are lovely
